Does Gaden change anything in my desk without asking?
No. Gaden prepares the change and posts a Confirm button. Nothing is saved, sent or billed until the person who asked, or a workspace admin, taps Confirm.
Can other people in a channel see candidate emails and phone numbers?
No. In shared channels Gaden hides candidate emails and phone numbers, and it delivers contracts, proposals, invoices and email drafts to you by direct message.
Whose mailbox do emails come from?
From the recruiter who taps Confirm, through the Gmail or Outlook account connected in Gaden, with their signature and the same daily sending limits as the desk.
Does every recruiter need something extra to use it?
Gaden joins your Slack workspace once. Each recruiter uses it with the role they already have in Gaden, and the owner decides who can make changes from Slack.
Can Gaden read my inbox from Slack?
With an Outlook mailbox, yes, only in a direct message with Gaden. With Gmail, Gaden sends email but does not read the inbox.
Is Gaden in Slack a separate product?
No. It is the same Gaden as the desk, the chat and the voice agent, with the same memory, rules and data. It is included in every plan.
