GADEN BOOKING PAGE · POWERED BY AEL

Send one link. They book themselves.

Stop trading six emails to find thirty minutes. Share your booking link and the other side sees your real availability, picks a slot, and tells Gaden what the meeting is about — all before you have opened your laptop.

WHAT THE PAGE DOES

A booking link that does the pre-call work.

Most scheduling tools give you a calendar and stop there. This one asks the questions you would have asked, and answers the ones they would have emailed you.

01

Real availability, not a guess

The page shows the slots that are genuinely open. If nothing fits that day it says so plainly instead of offering a time you cannot keep.

02

Ask Gaden, right on the page

Visitors can ask about timing, what to prepare, or what the call covers — and get an answer without leaving the booking screen or waiting on your reply.

03

The intake, before the intro

Industry and seniority are captured as they book. You walk into the call already knowing whether you are talking to a CFO at a healthcare group or a hiring manager at a software company.

04

A face to the name

Optional photo upload, so the person you greet is the person you expected.

05

Your brand, not a scheduling vendor’s

The page carries your name. It reads like part of your agency, because it is.

06

One link, every use case

Client discovery calls, candidate screens, intake meetings with a hiring manager — the same link works for all of them.

What it sounds like.

THE SLOT

They pick the time. You keep the day.

Your availability is the source of truth. Nobody books over your interview block, and nobody has to ask you twice whether Thursday still works.

YOUSend the booking link to the Meridian hiring manager
GADENLink sent. She sees your open slots through next Friday. I will capture her industry and role when she books and put the brief in front of you the morning of the call.

THE PREP

You arrive knowing who you are talking to.

By the time the meeting starts, the industry, the seniority and the reason for the call are already on file — because the booking form asked, not you.

YOUWho booked for tomorrow?
GADENTwo. A CFO at a finance group, booked for 10:00, first contact. And a hiring manager in healthcare staffing at 14:30 — existing client, third meeting this quarter.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ACTUALLY ASK

The short answers.

How do clients book a meeting with me?

You share one link. They open it, see the times you actually have open, pick one, and fill in a short form about their industry, their role and what they want to cover. The slot is confirmed on the spot — no email thread, no phone tag, and nothing for you to approve unless you want to.

Can candidates use the same booking link as clients?

Yes. The same link works for a client discovery call, a candidate screen or an intake meeting with a hiring manager. The intake form adapts to what the visitor tells it, so a candidate and a CFO do not get handed the same questionnaire.

What is "Ask Gaden" on the booking page?

A scheduling assistant that sits on the booking page itself. If a visitor wants to know what the call covers, how long it runs, or what they should have ready, they ask there and get an answer immediately — instead of emailing you and waiting until tomorrow.

Does the person booking need an account?

No. The booking page is public. They open the link, choose a time and are done. The account side is yours, not theirs.

What information do I get before the meeting?

Their name and contact details, their industry, their seniority, what they want to cover and optionally a photo. It arrives with the booking, so the brief is ready before the call rather than after it.

PART OF THE LOOP

One stage of something bigger.

The booking page is where the outside world touches your desk. It is one module of an Autonomous Employee Loop — the system that runs sourcing, screening, presenting, interviewing, placing, onboarding and payment as one continuous loop. An ATS tracks the process. An AEL runs it.
