What does Gaden read from my Shopify store?
Your products and the last 60 days of sales. It does not read buyer data: no customer names, emails or addresses. You connect by typing your store address and approving in Shopify's own window, and the access token is sealed on Gaden's server.
Can Gaden change my store?
Only when you click. Gaden writes the SEO for a product or makes a new product photo, you edit it in Gaden, and it goes to Shopify only when you press Apply to Shopify or Add to Shopify. Nothing changes in your store on its own.
What counts as dead stock?
A product with stock that has not sold in 60 days. Gaden also flags products that are out of stock but still selling, the ones rising, the ones falling and your winners, so you know where to put the next dollar.
Are the product photos real?
Every scene starts from your real product photo, so the product is not invented or redesigned. Gaden proposes scenes such as a clean store hero, lifestyle, detail and seasonal, paints them around your product, and the one you approve goes into the product's gallery in Shopify with its alt text.
What does the product SEO include?
An SEO title, a meta description, the product description and the alt text for its images, written from your brand voice and what buyers search for. Each product also shows its SEO problems so you can fix the worst first.
Do I need a Shopify store to use Gaden marketing?
No. The Marketing Studio and Creative Studio work from any website. The Shopify connection adds the sales numbers, product SEO and Product Studio.
