What is an AI SDR?
An AI SDR is software that does the work of a sales development representative: it finds companies that fit your ideal customer profile, finds the person who decides, writes to them, follows up, reads the replies and books the meeting. Gaden SDR does that inside the Gaden operating system, and you approve what goes out.
What is email warm-up and do I need it?
Email warm-up means increasing how many emails a new mailbox sends a little every day, so mailbox providers learn to trust it. Every new mailbox should warm up before cold outreach. Gaden ramps each mailbox automatically, from about 10 emails a day to around 30 cold emails per mailbox, with minutes between every send.
How many cold emails can I send per day per mailbox?
Around 30 cold emails per mailbox per day is the safe steady state; mature mailboxes with clean history can do a bit more. Volume should grow by adding mailboxes and domains, not by pushing one mailbox. Gaden recommends the cap for each mailbox and applies it.
Does it work with Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365?
Yes. Connect Google Workspace, Gmail, Outlook or Microsoft 365 with a sign-in, or any other provider with SMTP and IMAP, one mailbox at a time or in bulk from a CSV. Each person always hears from the same mailbox.
Can it run while my computer is off?
Yes. Gaden runs in the cloud on a schedule. You can close your laptop: it keeps finding companies, writing, sending inside your rules and reading replies, and asks you when a decision is needed.
Can I control it from my phone or from Slack?
Yes. Approve emails, answer replies and ask what is running from the Gaden mobile chat or from Gaden in Slack. It is the same Gaden, with the same memory, and every change waits for your confirmation.
Can AI write cold emails that do not sound like AI?
Yes, when the email starts from a true fact about the company instead of a template. Gaden builds each first email on one verified fact with its source, keeps it short and plain, and a checker blocks invented numbers, hype and anything on your never-say list.
Is Gaden an alternative to Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo or Lemlist?
Those tools are strong at one part of outbound, such as sending at volume or contact data. Gaden runs the whole cycle in one system: discovery and ICP, finding companies, research, writing, warm-up, sending, replies, meetings and learning, connected to your database and pipeline. Many teams use Gaden instead of stitching several tools together.
Does it book the meeting?
Yes. Replies are read and classified, follow-ups stop on their own, and Gaden drafts the answer. You answer in the same thread from Gaden, the meeting lands on the calendar and the card moves on your pipeline.
Does it help close the deal after the meeting?
Yes. The Closer, Gaden's sales agent, opens a deal for every booked meeting. After the call it asks how it went, drafts the recap and proposal only from your notes and your verified business facts, sends it from the same mailbox when you approve, reads the answer, drafts up to three follow-ups, and when you mark the deal won the company becomes a client in your database.
Is it only for recruiting?
No. Recruiting and staffing firms use it to win clients, and the same engine works for any B2B market: tell it who you sell to and it finds them.
