Connect Gmail or Outlook. Gaden gives it a real sending ramp — low volume on day one, climbing daily to a target cap — so your first campaign never goes out from a cold mailbox. No separate warmup subscription, no exporting a list to another tool.
Mail providers don't trust a new mailbox, or one that has gone quiet. Send at full volume from day one and even a well-written campaign lands in spam, drags down the sender's reputation, and makes every email after it harder to deliver — including the ones that have nothing to do with outreach. Warmup exists to earn that trust gradually, before it's spent on a real campaign.
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 both connect directly. The mailbox keeps sending as itself — Gaden never sends from a rented domain on your behalf.
Roles decide what Gaden does with a mailbox: primary, secondary, warmup, sending, reply — a mailbox can hold more than one. Adding warmup starts the ramp that day.
Start at 10 a day, add 5 a day, target 50 a day — editable per mailbox, up to a hard ceiling of 300 a day. The panel shows exactly how many days remain to target.
Pausing a mailbox stops sending without resetting the ramp. Sharing lets the team send from an already-warmed address without each person connecting and re-warming their own.
| Standalone warmup tool | Gaden | |
|---|---|---|
| Ramp per individual mailbox | Usually, one account setting | Target cap, start, and daily increase editable per mailbox |
| Connected to the platform that sends real campaigns | Separate app, separate login | Same system — warmup and outreach share the mailbox record |
| Pausing resets progress | Often, yes | No — pause keeps the ramp where it left off |
| Warms against your own other mailboxes | Common — and can look artificial to providers | Never — warmup only builds reputation with outside providers |
| Share a warmed mailbox with a team | Rare | Yes, without sharing the password |
| Extra monthly cost | Typically yes, per mailbox | Included — no separate line item |
A real, configurable sending ramp per mailbox. Any connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox can be given the warmup role. Its daily cap starts low (10 a day by default) and climbs automatically (5 more a day by default) until it reaches the mailbox's target cap — 50 a day by default for a new mailbox, 300 a day maximum for any single mailbox.
No, deliberately. Gaden's warmup does not send warmup mail between a firm's own connected mailboxes — that kind of closed loop can look like sending activity without building real reputation with outside mail providers like Gmail or Outlook.
Yes. The ramp controls sending volume; it does not configure domain authentication. SPF, DKIM and DMARC need to be set up correctly on the sending domain first — a volume ramp cannot fix a domain that mail providers don't trust yet.
It stops sending without losing its place. Unpause it and it continues the ramp from where it stopped, rather than restarting at day one.
Yes. Share it with the team so the warmup work happens once per mailbox, not once per recruiter — teammates send from an address that's already earned trust with mail providers.
The same connected mailboxes and warmup ramp power sending for both — recruiting outreach through Outreach Studio and B2B prospecting through Gaden for B2B share the same mailbox registry.
Included in every plan — no separate warmup subscription, no extra login.
